Nocturnal mechanical harvest with plot selection.
Total destemming and cooling. Pressing with separation of different qualities of pressed wines.
Alcoholic fermentation between 11 and 13°C for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation blocked.


Tasting notes

Very pale color to the tone of gray.
Its nose is floral, delicate and complex.
An attractive wine that invites you to indulge. Frank and dynamic in the mouth marked by a hint of grapefruit, which brings a little twist to the whole.
