Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Soft extraction with a cold fermentation (<18ºC) to keep the fruit.

90% Grenache blanc, 10% Roussanne
The vines are planted on a soil composed of Villafranchian rounded pebbles (“galets roulés” in French).
A white wine marked by its terroir made of rounded pebbles
Bursting with its fruit, it evokes the fruits from the orchard like white peach and apricot with a lot of finesse and sharpness.
It offers richness and amplitude in the mouth; its material is voluminous. The final leaves us a memory on the solemnity.
The estate produces ambitious wines in Côtes du Rhône. A large proportion of noble grape varieties can produce deep, fleshy and rich wines.
It is a faithful companion with a scallop (“Noix de St Jacques”) on a sea urchin tongue nest with a fine watercress puree or a fish such as a “Haddock espuma”.
