AOP Côtes du Rhône 2016 Red
Villafranchian rounded pebbles (“galets roulés” in French) with a continental climate.
This red wine has a beautiful scarlet red color.
Charming by its aromatic intensity. It exhales a bouquet of stewed fruit supported by spices and conifers.
It gives rise to a silky texture in the mouth where all the tannins are in laces.
The estate produces ambitious wines in Côtes du Rhône. A large proportion of noble grape varieties can produce deep, fleshy and rich wines.
Ideally paired with sweetbreads in salt pan with crusted potatoes and truffles, reduction of old port.
