60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cinsault
The wines are planted on a deep soil of white limestone clays, on a single hillside with south / southeast exposure.
Pale salmon pink colored wine with a lovely sheen.
An expressive nose reveals aromas of red berries with notes of mandarin and blood orange.
Sublime by its generosity, its volume and its concentration touch of red fruits to which is added a point of citrus fruits, which gives it a greedy aspect with a final of a very good length.
The estate produces ambitious wines in Côtes du Rhône. A large proportion of noble grape varieties can produce deep, fleshy and rich wines.
Ideal companion as an aperitif with a cold meat platter and melon; but also, for dishes such as a fish or grilled meats or some pressed summer vegetables with fresh cheese..
