The vines are planted on a soil composed of Villafranchian rounded pebbles. It allows a better storage of the sun’s heat during the day to restore it at night. The pebbles also allow rainwater to infiltrate to the grounds which will feed the vines during the dry season.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Soft extraction with a low temperature fermentation to keep the fruit and delicacy.
It offers richness and amplitude in the mouth. The final leaves us buttered notes and beautiful freshness.
