The Michelin Starred Chef Michel Sarran is a key figure in the French gastronomy. Well known to the public thanks to his role as a judge in the TV Show, Top Chef, this artist is an emblematic Chef from the south of France. All the vintages come from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of
the vines. Harvested by hand, all clusters are sorted to select only the best. After the winemaking, the aging is done in barrels.


This wine was awarded the Gold Medal by the Gilbert & Gaillard wine guide. This guide is an essential reference for professionals and wine enthusiasts around the world.

The vines are planted on a soil composed of Villafranchian rounded pebbles. It allows a better storage of the sun’s heat during the day to restore it at night. The pebbles also allow rainwater to infiltrate to the grounds which will feed the vines during the dry season.




Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Soft extraction with a low temperature fermentation to keep the fruit and the delicacy.
