Very pale color with a hint of gray on rim
Strawberry and redcurrant aromas with a hint of spices.
Nocturnal mechanical harvest with plot selection. Skin maceration, then cold must settling and fermentation at liquid phase for a period of three weeks at a temperature of 17°C.
Fresh palate, red fruits and light acidulous flavours with a long finish.
Ideal for your aperitifs and summer meals.
