All wines are numbered in order to facilitate the education of the service and selling by the class. The numbering gives an indication about the type of the red wine. The numbering offers light, medium, and full-bodied red wines. The higher the number is the more complex flavors and richer mouthfeel you will find. This concept offers 5 Premium wines from the south of France. Delicate and elegant these gourmet wines are imagined for a large target on the on-trade. All the vintages comes from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines.

Nocturnal mechanical harvest with plot selection to retain acidity and freshness. Total destemming and cooling. Pressing with separation of different qualities of pressed juices. Alcoholic fermentation between 15 and 17 °C for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation blocked.

Sustained yellow color.

Nose

It has a delicate touch of apricot, honey and smooth white flowers aromas.

Palate

Flavors of peach and pear, it has a ripeness and finishes with a zesty citrus flavour and a lovely crisp balance.

Best served between 11 and 14ºC.
