Alexander Herrmann is a renowned Michelin-starred chef who continues an impressive culinary tradition in Bavaria. His main location is the Posthotel in Wirsberg, which has been in the family for over 150 years. There, he leads the two-star restaurant “Aura by Alexander Herrmann and Tobias Baetz,” known for its exquisite cuisine. Beyond his work as a chef, Alexander Herrmann is also a wellknown television star. He appears in several popular TV shows such as “The Taste” (SAT.1), “Kitchen Impossible” (VOX), and “Aufgegabelt” (BR). His new book “Aura & Anima” is set to be published this fall, both nationally and internationally. Herrmann’s charismatic personality and creative cuisine have earned him wide recognition in the culinary and entertainment industries.

For each wine, Chef Alexander Herrmann has created a recipe specifically to match the blend.
All the vintages come from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of our vineyards in the South of France, in the Languedoc Region. Here, specific soils, sun, wind and sea humidity create wines with lots of fruit and fine balance. All wines come from 25-30 years old vineyards, and only the best grapes are harvested. Alexander Herrmann offers 3 wines of each color in two different ranges. Both collections have a very gourmet style and represent excellent tasting features.
