Alexander Herrmann is a renowned Michelin-starred chef who continues an impressive culinary tradition in Bavaria. His main location is the Posthotel in Wirsberg, which has been in the family for over 150 years. There, he leads the two-star restaurant “Aura by Alexander Herrmann and Tobias Baetz,” known for its exquisite cuisine. Beyond his work as a chef, Alexander Herrmann is also a wellknown television star. He appears in several popular TV shows such as “The Taste” (SAT.1), “Kitchen Impossible” (VOX), and “Aufgegabelt” (BR). His new book “Aura & Anima” is set to be published this fall, both nationally and internationally. Herrmann’s charismatic personality and creative cuisine have earned him wide recognition in the culinary and entertainment industries.

On arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration for 3 to 4 days at low temperature to extract the maximum fruitiness. After fermentation, traditional ageing in in vats for 8 months.
