There, he leads the two-star restaurant “Aura by Alexander Herrmann and Tobias Baetz,” known for its exquisite cuisine. Beyond his work as a chef, Alexander Herrmann is also a wellknown television star. He appears in several popular TV shows such as “The Taste” (SAT.1), “Kitchen Impossible” (VOX), and “Aufgegabelt” (BR). His new book “Aura & Anima” is set to be published this fall, both nationally and internationally. Herrmann’s charismatic personality and creative cuisine have earned him wide recognition in the culinary and entertainment industries.
