Our dealcoholisation process, by gentle distillation, removes the alcohol at low temperature to preserve the aromas and retain the complexity of the wine. The wine is stabilised by injection with velcorin, to ensure better preservation.

Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Fruity nose combining white peach, banana and hints of vanilla. Fresh, wellbalanced and well-structured on the palate.
