De-alcoholisation
Our dealcoholisation process, by gentle distillation, removes the alcohol at low temperature to preserve the aromas and retain the complexity of the wine. The wine is stabilised by injection with velcorin, to ensure better preservation.

Tasting
A brilliant ruby colour. A nose of fresh red fruit (cherry, raspberry) with hints of cocoa and cinnamon. Fresh and wellbalanced on the palate, with satiny tannins.
