The Rares Terroirs and Clément VI collections has been selected by all the restaurants of Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
Named “Cook of the Century” by Gault -Millau and “Pope of cooking” in 1989, Paul Bocuse has been representing for about half a century the gastronomic French “cuisine” throughout the world. The Groupe, owner of numerous restaurants in the Lyon region and the 3 Michelin starred restaurant of Collonges au Mont d’Or remains very demanding concerning the choice of their range of wines.
All the Rares Terroirs Prestige vintages come from organic plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines. Harvested by hand, all clusters are sorted to select only the best.
