This commitment to excellence gave birth to the creation of the Signature Sommelier collection. The first Gourmet selection, signed by Sommelier Fabrice Sommier, is the fruit of a long-term partnership. Fabrice SOMMIER was nominated Meilleur Ouvrier de France in sommellerie in 2007 & Master of Port in 2010. In 2021 he passed the Certification of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale ASI at Gold level with in addition the place of Best of Class.
