Justine Piluso is a unique French chef and culinary hostess. Raised in a multicultural environment, she pursued her studies in Paris, then gained varied experience in renowned establishments in France and abroad. After studying at the Insitut Paul Bocuse, Justine cut her teeth in renowned kitchens such as Le Boeuf sur le Toit (Paris), La Mirande (Avignon), Paul Bocuse (Shanghai), and finally alongside Chef Gérald Passédat at Le Petit Nice in Marseille. Driven by their own values and encouraged by her husband, in 2016 they created the restaurant Le Cappiello, Paris XVème, which, by 2017, had risen to the top of TripAdvisor Paris. Justine was then noticed and made a memorable entry in TopChef France 2020, distinguishing herself by her joie de vivre and authenticity. Today, Justine is a consultant chef, always in line with her values of accessibility and a conscious, balanced approach to cooking. She designs prestigious projects, such as Dalloyau St Lazare, and hosts TV shows, such as “Batchcooking” on Téva. Her mission is simple: to bring us all together around the table.

All the Signature Chef wines come from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines as a result a very low yields. Harvested by hand, all clusters are sorted to select only the best. After the winemaking, the aging is done in barrels, precise work done by all our winemakers in order to produce exceptional wines, providing a perfect expression of their terroirs.
