Premek Forejt, Czech celebrity and head Chef of the restaurant Entrée in Olomouc. He is also a regular member of the jury in the TV show MasterChef in Czech Republic. Premek Forejt was trained in top-class restaurants in the Czech Republic (Brno, Olomouc) and also abroad (Michelin starred restaurant in London). Thanks to his exceptional cooking style, he offers unique gastronomic experiences. He has been awarded many times, for example in the prestigious Czech competition “Golden cook”. All the vintages come from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of our vineyards located in the south-western part of the South of France, North of the city Narbonne. Here, rocky soils, sun, wind and sea humidity create wines with lots of fruit and fine balance. All wines come from 30-year-old vineyards, and only the best grapes are harvested. Red wine is aged for several months in oak barrels of the very highest quality.
