Originally from the city Berry, the sommelier Fabrice SOMMIER, won the title of «Meilleur Ouvrier de France» in sommellerie in 2007 and the Master of Port in 2010. On March 9, 2021, he passed the gold level certification of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale ASI with the addition of the Best of Class (1st place worldwide).
After more than 35 years in luxury hotels and starred restaurants, he opened with the Wine School in Macon in 2021.

All vintages are from parcels carefully selected for the quality of our vines, located in the South of France near the town of Carcassonne. This very sunny terroir with rocky soils, maritime humidity and wind, has all the conditions to create very fruity wines of great finesse. All the wines come from vineyards that are about 30 years old and all the grapes are sorted during the harvest to
select only the best.
