With extreme attention given to sort the grapes and with low yields. Everything is done to produce Languedoc wines of superior quality, vinified in a traditional way.

Night mechanical harvest with plot selection. Total destemming grapes. Traditional vinification, aging in stainless steel vats.
Preservation: 3 to 5 years
