The higher the number is the more complex flavors and richer mouthfeel you will find. This concept offers 5 Premium wines from the south of France. Delicate and elegant these gourmet wines are imagined for a large target on the on-trade. All the vintages comes from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines.

Winemaking
Nocturnal mechanical harvest with plot selection to retain acidity and
freshness. Total destemming. Cold maceration before fermentation for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 30 days between 25°c and 27°c with two pumping-over a day. Soft pressing with separation of different qualities of pressed wines.
