Dak Wichangoen from Denmark is former Michelin star chef in a restaurant in Copenhagen. As head chef, she has succesfully managed to maintain the Michelin star from 2013-2020.

Dak Wichangoen was born in Thailand and moved to Denmark at the age of seven. Today she is judge in the famous television show Masterchef. Personally, Dak is captivated by bitter ingredients and flavors. She invented surprising new techniques for the archetypical spices and ingredients in Thai food. We are happy welcoming her in the Signature Chef collection and her wines are coming soon.
