Chef Anna Haugh began her career in her home town of Dublin and trained for 20 years in some of the best restaurants in Europe before opening her first Restaurant Myrtle, in Chelsea, London. Anna takes old Irish recipes and refines them, making the dishes more elegant but still with the heartbeat of Ireland. In Myrtle Restaurant there is a large focus on great Irish produce, music and art.
Chef Anna is passionate about pairing delicious wines with wonderful food.
