Cooking was her first love. Fanny Rey, who was born in Burgundy, soon realized her passion for food, pastry and spices. In 2011, Fanny Rey took part in the second season of Top Chef on M6, finishing as a finalist. After obtaining the Maître Restaurateur label, Fanny Rey earned her first Michelin star in 2017. At 35, she is the only woman to be awarded a Michelin star in France in 2017, among the 70 new starred restaurants. A few months later, Fanny Rey was named Woman Chef of the Year. She was also a jury member for the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition and awarded the “Grande Cheffe de demain” trophy by Gault et Millau.
Today, she is owner and chef of the L’Auberge restaurant in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where she offers simple cuisine based on seasonal produce. Her aim: “To give each dish the delight of a first time”.

All the Signature Chef wines come from plots scrupulously selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines as a result a very low yields. Harvested by hand, all clusters are sorted to select only the best. After the winemaking, the aging is done in barrels, precise work done by all our winemakers in order to produce exceptional wines, providing a perfect expression of their terroirs.
